**Exciting Opportunity for a CO - RN OR Circulator - Days** **Job Description:** - Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or from a valid compact state required - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required **About the Role:** - Take responsibility and accountability for providing exceptional nursing care for patients and their families - Collaborate with providers, staff, and other team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes - Oversee daily patient flow, optimizing care, safety, and satisfaction - Triage incoming patient requests for services with impressive efficiency - Deliver patient education that facilitates care plans and informed healthcare choices - Delegate care effectively, adhering to Colorado statutes and regulations - Demonstrate excellent healthcare assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills - Manage a high volume of patient requests for medications, information, and assistance - Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in procedures while adhering to patient safety guidelines - Coordinate patient care with various physician practices and Vail Health for the highest level of patient satisfaction - Work independently with minimal supervision, showcasing your expertise - Deliver outstanding service by utilizing Relationship-Based Care principles to advocate for safety - Model the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values - Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times **Shift Information:** - 3x12 days **Minimum Years of Experience:** - 2 years **Certifications / Requirements:** - ACLS - BLS/BCLS **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
