Description
LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Anchorage, Alaska.
Job Description & Requirements

- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: August 17, 2026 (posting also notes ASAP)
- Shift: 3×12-hour day shifts (typically 6:45 AM–7:15 PM or 9:00 AM–9:30 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the operating room and surgical equipment.
- Assess and prepare patients for surgery.
- Maintain a sterile environment.
- Assist surgeons during operations.
- Monitor patients throughout surgery.
- Administer medications and document care in Epic.
- Ensure patient safety through surgical counts and infection control.
- Respond to emergencies and provide post-operative handoff.
- Participate in on-call duties and float as needed.
Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of Operating Room experience. BLS certification required; ACLS and CNOR preferred. Experience with Epic EMR. Alaska RN license
