- Required Qualifications: 2 years of recent acute care inpatient RN experience within the last 3 years, experience in operating room procedures including abdominal and vaginal hysterectomy, cystectomy, nephrectomy, robotic surgery, and blood administration. Knowledge of Epic charting system.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous charge nurse experience, trauma level I or II experience, community hospital experience, and travel experience.
- Additional Requirements: Pass/fail telemetry exam with specific criteria in two attempts, including identification of lethal rhythms and heart block questions. Minimum of two years of acute care RN experience in the specialty.
- Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics.
- Interdisciplinary Support: Not specified.
- Special Procedures/Unit Details: Kidney transplant, da Vinci Xi robotic system, gynecologic and urological robotic procedures, percutaneous nephrectomy, HOLEP, cystectomy, ureteroscopy, laparoscopic gynecology, abdominal hysterectomy, procurements, prostatectomy.
- Travel & Float Requirements: Travelers are required to float as needed; local candidates not accepted (must live within 50 miles).
- Additional Info: Strict pass/fail telemetry testing required before start, with the possibility of three attempts including a cardiac interpretation review course if initially unsuccessful.
