Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform circulating duties and assist the surgical team in various procedures.
• Participate in scrubbing duties as preferred and required while ensuring sterile techniques.
• Adapt to provide care in multiple specialties including Trauma, CVT, Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Cataracts, and ENT.
• Perform duties effectively during weekend shifts, adhering to scheduled rotations.
• Facilitate prompt communication for quick interviews and offers while maintaining travel-friendly facility protocols.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and facility policies during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in West Virginia or Compact License at time of submission.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in operating room environments and trauma care preferred.
• Proven ability to manage patient care in a high-pressure setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical areas and procedures.
