**Exciting Night Shift RN Opportunity!** **Job Description:** * Ready to make a real impact in your nursing career? Join our dedicated team as we seek a passionate RN for the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM! * Key Responsibilities: - Provide routine and complex care to patients in a dynamic environment. - Utilize the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients. - Address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. - Administer medications and treatments following established protocols, monitoring for side effects and effectiveness. - Document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided accurately. - Assess learning needs and educate patients, family members, and caregivers on relevant issues and resources. * Required Qualifications: - BLS certification from AHA is a must. - RN License in the state of employment or compact. - Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in the relevant nursing specialty is preferred. * Commitment: - Weekend availability is required. * Shift Details: - Full-Time Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
