**Exciting Opportunity for Radiation Oncology RN** **Job Description:** - Join a dynamic outpatient clinic specializing in Radiation Oncology! - Work in a facility with: - 4 exam rooms - A close-knit team of 2 RNs, 1 Director (also an RN), and 1 Gamma Knife RN - Support from 2 front office team members, 2 physicists, and 3 MDs - Enjoy an estimated patient ratio of 1-2 patients per RN. - Work in a technologically advanced environment with: - Electronic documentation - Meditech and Mosaic EMR systems **Qualifications:** **Must haves:** - Minimum 1 year of current Radiation Oncology RN acute care experience - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - OCN Certification (Oncology Certified RN) **Preferred:** - Experience in Radiation Oncology - Familiarity with Meditech systems **Typical Procedures:** - Provide patient care and symptom management - Educate patients about radiation therapy and its side effects such as skin changes and fatigue **Ideal Candidate Traits:** - Compassionate and empathetic, ready to support patients battling cancer - Proactive and able to engage effectively in a fast-paced environment **Why Choose Us?** - Be part of a growing team during an exciting time with upcoming construction expansion and new equipment! - Engage in meaningful work that directly impacts patients' lives! **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
