Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Wichita, Kansas

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) | Every Other Weekend Required

• Perform occupational therapy evaluations and individualized treatment plans for inpatient rehabilitation patients
• Provide ADL and IADL training to support patient independence and functional recovery
• Carry up to a 6-hour treatment load per 8-hour shift, ensuring each patient meets the required 3-hour daily therapy requirement
• Accurately track treatment time and charges for each patient to ensure compliance with inpatient rehabilitation requirements
• Utilize therapeutic equipment including ESTIM, patient lifts, ADL equipment, gym equipment, and a full IADL kitchen
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team including PT and SLP staff in a 41-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting

• Minimum of 6 months of current acute care occupational therapy experience
• Active Kansas (KS) Occupational Therapist licensure
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proficiency with therapeutic equipment including ESTIM, patient lifts, and ADL/IADL equipment
• Experience with EMR documentation (Meditech experience a plus)

• Experience in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Lymphedema certification
• Neurological rehabilitation certification or experience

• Work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art 41-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility featuring a Vector unweighted system and a fully equipped IADL kitchen
