Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to patients across assigned care settings
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional goals
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and work skills
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Florida
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
NBCOT certification required
Ability to fulfill a split-position assignment across designated care areas
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience working in a contract or travel therapy capacity
Familiarity with documentation systems and electronic health records
