Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living and functional skills
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Kansas or eligibility to obtain
- NBCOT certification (or eligibility)
- Ability to work effectively in both outpatient and inpatient clinical environments
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a mixed outpatient/inpatient therapy setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
