Occupational Therapist – Home Health (OT)
LocationSpokane Valley, WA
Schedule / Job TypeContract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting within an assigned territory
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence
- Document patient progress and clinical notes using HCHB electronic medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and outcomes
- Travel to patient homes within the designated service territory, including Spokane County and potentially lower Stevens County
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Washington
- Minimum of 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years
- Proficiency with or ability to learn HCHB electronic medical records system
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits within the service territory
Preferred Experience / Skills- Familiarity with home health regulatory and documentation requirements
- Strong time management and ability to work independently in a field-based setting
