Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 30–40 Hours per Week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services within a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional recovery and independence
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately using the facility EMR system (ProTouch)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Adhere to facility dress code and operational protocols throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Washington
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Ability to work a flexible Monday–Friday schedule within a 30–40 hour per week range
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment
- Familiarity with ProTouch or similar hospital EMR platforms
- Comfort with travel assignments and ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments
