Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services with a focus on hand and upper extremity conditions in an adult outpatient setting
- Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients in a hand clinic environment
- Document patient progress and clinical notes using Epic electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and treatment goals
- Float to alternate facilities as needed, provided requisite job specifications are met
Required Qualifications- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License – must be in hand at time of submittal
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) credential required
- AOTA Hand/Upper Extremity Certification required
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Master's degree (MS or MA) in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience, including hand clinic and adult outpatient experience
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a teaching hospital environment
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health records system
- Experience working within a large academic or multi-facility health system
