Submission Requirements
Minimum Education
Bachelors of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy [REQUIRED]
Minimum Experience
One year of experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred [PREFERRED]
Required Registration/License/Certification
Kansas Occupational Therapy License [REQUIRED]
Valid Kansas Driver's License [DOCUMENT]
Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully completed within the first 90 days of employment.
