Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional abilities and independence
- Implement and monitor therapeutic interventions, adjusting plans as needed based on patient progress
- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site
- Minimum 35-hour weekly availability guaranteed
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
