Key Responsibilities- Provide outpatient occupational therapy services with a focus on hand and neurological rehabilitation
- Deliver patient-centered care addressing physical, functional, psychological, social, and emotional well-being
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize patient rehabilitation outcomes
- Operate within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures
- Work under the clinical supervision of Level II Therapists and report to the Assistant Director of Rehabilitation Services
Required Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Massachusetts required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association required
- Previous experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist
Preferred Experience / Skills- Master of Science or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy preferred
- Experience in outpatient hand therapy and/or neurological rehabilitation settings
