Occupational Therapist (OT)

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Days | 8-Hour Shifts (7:00–8:00 AM start) | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Treat 10–12 scheduled patients per day across inpatient and outpatient settings on a 1:1 basis
- Provide occupational therapy services across med/surg, ICU, acute rehab, skilled, and outpatient units
- Work with a diverse patient population including neurological, cardiac, orthopedic, and pulmonary diagnoses such as joint conditions, weakness, and pneumonia
- Collaborate with COTAs and rehab aides to support patient throughput and care continuity
- Participate in a team-oriented, collaborative therapy department with shared resources and support
- Adhere to outpatient dress code of business casual attire (khakis and polo)
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist licensure in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in occupational therapy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Ability to work 2 weekend shifts (Saturdays) within a 13-week assignment, with a compensatory weekday off
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience with Epic electronic health records system
- Hand therapy certification or experience is a plus
- Previous travel therapy experience preferred for outpatient placement
