Position: Occupational Therapist – Lymphedema Focus $$SN$$
Location: Manitowoc, Wisconsin
Shift: Day – 5x8s (08:00 AM – 04:00 PM)
Duration: 13–16 weeks
Job Duties
• Evaluate and treat occupational therapy patients referred by physicians in an outpatient/medical center setting.
• Perform comprehensive assessments including functional limitations, strength, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers.
• Deliver skilled occupational therapy interventions focused on functional recovery, independence, and quality of life.
• Provide lymphedema management treatment, including compression therapy and edema control strategies.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust goals, and update treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.
• Support departmental productivity standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
