Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Current, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of New Jersey
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- NBCOT certification required
- Ability to fulfill a split-position assignment across designated settings
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy role
- Ability to adapt quickly to multiple work environments within a split assignment
