Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- NBCOT certification required
- Ability to fulfill a 35-hour weekly guarantee across scheduled shift days
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Experience with contract or travel therapy assignments
