Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Adhere to facility policies including wearing a visible photo badge and presenting valid state or federal issued identification
Required Qualifications- Current and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of California
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
- Ability to maintain a 40-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience working in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Experience with registry or contract-based therapy assignments
