Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of North Dakota
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
