Weekly Gross: $1,840–$1,880 

We are actively seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Fairfax, Virginia for a 13-week contract assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dedicated rehabilitation team while helping patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve functional performance and independence with daily living activities
• Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
