Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting across an extended service area
- Meet a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week
- Complete all clinical documentation by 10:00 AM the following day
- Utilize the HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) electronic medical records system for all documentation and scheduling
- Travel to patient homes within the designated service radius as required
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of Washington
- Minimum of one year of home health experience
- Proficiency with HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) software
- Ability to travel throughout an extended geographic service area (50+ miles from the Everett, WA office)
- Strong time management and documentation skills to meet next-day charting requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience managing a high-volume home health caseload
- Familiarity with productivity-based scheduling models in a home health environment
