Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of North Carolina
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee
- Compliance with facility uniform requirements: light grey scrub top with matching scrub bottoms or black slacks
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
