Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist in California
- Current NBCOT certification
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Prior clinical experience in an occupational therapy setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting
- Familiarity with rehabilitation hospital workflows and documentation systems
