Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | Days | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Rotating Weekends | 36 Guaranteed Hours | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities- Perform inpatient rehabilitation occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for neurological and orthopedic patients
- Provide acute care occupational therapy evaluations and treatments across orthopedic, telemetry, and ICU settings
- Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress using Meditech electronic documentation system
- Float to other units as needed, including ante/gyn areas
- Adhere to facility dress code, attendance, and unit-specific policies
Required Qualifications- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license — temporary licenses are not accepted
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum 2 years of hospital experience
- Inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute hospital experience required
- Proficiency or ability to work with Meditech documentation system
Preferred Experience / Skills- 2–3 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation and/or acute hospital settings
- Experience treating neurological and orthopedic patient populations in an inpatient environment
