Schedule: Up to 24 hours per week
Work Hours: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:
The Occupational Therapist will provide assessment, intervention, and education services to support consumer safety, independence, and functional mobility.
Key Responsibilities
- Fall Risk Mitigation & Adaptive Equipment
- Assess functional mobility and determine the need for mobility and adaptive equipment.
- Recommend equipment and notify FSH of required equipment needs.
- Educate consumers and caregivers on the proper use and safety of adaptive equipment.
- Implement additional interventions to reduce fall risks as clinically appropriate.
