We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel assignment in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients ability to perform daily living activities and maximize functional independence.
This role requires collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient recovery and rehabilitation outcomes.
Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills
Document patient progress and update care plans
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques
Ensure compliance with clinical and facility standards
Support functional independence and quality of life

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license (CA required or eligible per facility rules)
BLS certification preferred or required by facility
