Seven Healthcare are seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Kenosha, WI. This home health position covers Kenosha and Racine Counties, engaging in interdisciplinary team collaboration within patients' homes. Expect to work with a diverse adult population, primarily geriatrics, addressing conditions such as post-stroke, post-joint replacement, and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy evaluations and treatments focused on activities of daily living and adaptive equipment.
  • Collaborate with RN and PT interdisciplinary teams in morning huddles.
  • Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR.
  • Manage a caseload of 6 patients per day, ensuring quality care.

Requirements of the Occupational Therapist
  • Valid BLS certification and WI Occupational Therapist License
  • Minimum of 3 years OT experience, preferably in home health settings
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
  • Active driver's license and auto insurance
