Weekly team meetings occur virtually, and there are monthly in-person meetings. Training includes initial orientation and required online courses, with additional support from a therapy manager during the first couple of weeks. Typically, travelers are fully productive by the third week of their assignment. First-time travelers are accepted, and the department is willing to train. Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
