Job Title: Home Health Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: PT Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year of skilled home health experience required License: Pending license accepted Certifications: BCLS required Must-Have: Oasis experience required Description: Home Health Occupational Therapist position in a home health setting. This role is focused on providing care to adults and geriatric patients. The schedule consists of 8-hour day shifts with a patient ratio of 1:1. Travelers may visit up to 6 patients per day, with a productivity standard of 30 points. No weekend shifts are required. The traveler is expected to have their own transportation. Drive time is minimized by grouping clients. Occasional driving may be required, with a maximum radius of approximately 60 miles. Charting is completed using a remote client application and a phone app. Business casual attire is expected; no jeans are allowed, and scrubs are optional. Prior experience with Infection Prevention and Fall/Risk Assessment is essential. Preferred skills include experience with both acute and chronic disorders. Travelers are expected to float between facilities if necessary. References covering one year are required. All travel staff may face shifts changes as per operational requirements.
