Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist, Home Health – Hood River, OR 97031

Start Date: August 24, 2026

Location: Hood River, Oregon and surrounding areas

Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts (08:00 - 16:30), Monday through Friday. No weekends required. May visit up to 6 patients per day with a standard productivity expectation of 30 points. This position requires 1:1 patient care in home health settings.

  • Current BLS/BCLS certification
  • Reliable personal transportation required for patient visits
  • Experience with EPIC charting system preferred
  • Proficiency in functional activities, acute and chronic disorder management, adaptive equipment, and patient/family education
