Job Title: Home Health Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Occupational Therapy Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience License: Requires state license Certifications: BCLS Must-Have: 1 year of skilled home health experience Oasis experience preferred Description: Home Health Occupational Therapist needed for a home health position in a designated area. Candidates must possess a valid state license. Shifts will be 8 hours during the day. This position operates on a 1:1 patient ratio, with potential visits to up to 6 patients per day. The facility emphasizes minimal drive time and efficient client grouping. The role requires effective communication and patient management skills. Candidates must have their own transportation for patient visits. COVID vaccination, including a primary series and one booster, is required. Experience with Oasis documentation is preferred. The dress code is business casual; scrubs are allowed but not required. Functions may include mobility assessments, home health services, and family education. All travelers are expected to adapt to dynamic scheduling and varying patient needs. Weekly schedules are consistent, with no weekend requirement for this position. References may be required prior to the start of the assignment.
