Current state Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in an acute or rehabilitation setting
Valid BLS certification
Experience supervising COTAs and students preferred
Strong documentation skills and ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
