Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract assignment within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional limitations, helping them regain independence and improve quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation teams, and caregivers

Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and home programs

Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Ensure compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations


Assignment Details

Start Date: 07/13/2026

End Date: 10/10/2026

Shift: Day Shift

Shift Time: 08:00 16:30

Schedule: Sunday through Saturday

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours per Week

Contract Length: Approximately 13 Weeks


Requirements

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care experience preferred

Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team

Must comply with facility onboarding requirements

Must maintain all required professional credentials and certifications
