Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,309 to $2,509 per week in Ellendale, ND

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active North Dakota Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility required. Client requires prior experience treating geriatric populations and post-acute care interventions.
• Demonstrated proficiency with standard therapy documentation systems and progress note completion.
• Ability to provide evaluations, plan of care development, and skilled treatment for ADL/IADL, therapeutic exercise, and functional mobility in a SNF setting.
• Preferred: Electronic health record (EHR) experience and prior travel or contract therapy experience.
