Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: Occupational Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8H Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours, 0800 M-F with 2 weekend days a month Experience: Minimum 2 years License: California Occupational Therapy license required Certifications: BLS Certification required Must-Have: Candidates must have valid documentation reflecting their legal name. Candidates may not have been directly employed by any facility associated with the previous employer within the past year. Description: Mainly working in a skilled nursing facility, with training to float to an inpatient acute care setting. Average number of patients treated per day is 7-9. Common diagnoses include CVA, TKA, THA, and COPD. Shift consists of 8-hour days from 0800 M-F with two weekend days required each month. There is a cancellation policy allowing the hospital to cancel up to 4 shifts for 13-week assignments. This position operates in a post-acute care setting.
