Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel assignment in a rehabilitation and skilled therapy setting. This role focuses on helping patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living and functional activities.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily activities
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately
Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams
Modify treatment plans based on patient progress
Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Requirements
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
Master s degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
Clinical rehab experience preferred
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
Must comply with onboarding requirements
Commitment to patient-centered rehabilitative care
