Travel Occupational Therapist job in Hobbs, NM offers you the chance to work with students in a school setting, supporting their motor skills, sensory processing, and cognitive functions that impact academics, self-care, play, and social participation.
You will collaborate with district staff to develop and implement IEPs, focusing on transitional skills and helping students achieve their educational goals. Recommended qualifications include a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and an active New Mexico OT license. Previous school experience is preferred but not required

Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in New Mexico
Preferred Qualifications Initial certification through NBCOT Clear, articulate communication skills Ability to explain results to a varied audience Candidates with previous school experience a plus! Completion of a criminal record and background check
