Key Responsibilities - Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities
- Assist patients in developing skills for activities of daily living
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and progress
Compliance Requirements - Must present a valid state or federally issued photo identification upon arrival
