Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy/Rehabilitation Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 9.5 Experience: 1 Year Minimum License: State License (pending license acceptable) Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Flu Vaccine - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only Description: Start date for this position is July 13, 2026. This shift includes 35 hours total, consisting of 10-hour shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and 5-hour shifts on Tuesday from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience. Local candidates are accepted but at a lower rate. First time travelers are not accepted. Candidates must have experience with adult outpatient services, including arthritis programs, assessments, discharge planning, and dynamic splints. Skills required also include functional splints, home exercise programs, and patient/family education. Knowledge of joint mobilization and lymphedema management is necessary. Candidates should be familiar with soft tissue injuries and tendon repair. Experience with various therapeutic modalities will be considered advantageous. References from previous supervisors are required after an offer is made. Background checks will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Candidates must meet outlined requirements and provide necessary documentation upon acceptance. Acceptance may include pending licenses as part of compliance.
