Job Overview
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract rehabilitation assignment. The OT will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, functional independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations for occupational performance and ADL function
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily activities
Train patients in adaptive techniques and assistive equipment use
Document patient progress and update care plans as needed
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients and caregivers on functional recovery strategies
Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

Shift: Day Shift
Shift Time: 08:00 AM 04:30 PM
Schedule: Monday Friday
Contract Length: ~13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week
Requirements
Active Occupational Therapist license (state required)
Master s degree in Occupational Therapy
NBCOT certification preferred
Experience in rehab, SNF, or clinical settings preferred
Strong evaluation and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Valid state/federal photo ID required onsite at all times
Compliance with onboarding and health requirements
