Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,090 to $2,290 per week in New Lenox, IL

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year Home Health OT experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Car insurance required.
• COVID vaccination required.

Assignment Details

• 8-hour shifts.
• Weekend requirement: none.
