Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,080 to $2,280 per week in Phoenix, AZ

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona required prior to start of assignment.
• Proof of current CPR certification required.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance required.
• Minimum two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Ability to perform home health duties including heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, prolonged standing and walking.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally as needed.
• Experience with fabrication and maintenance of adaptive equipment and hand splints preferred.
• Experience documenting Plans of Care (POC), progress notes, and working with interdisciplinary teams preferred.
