Work hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Rotating weekends are required, with two weekend shifts per month. Completion of shifts on July 4th and Labor Day is expected. Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team are essential. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to patient care and rehabilitation. Experience working with diverse patient populations is preferred. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment are crucial.
