Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel contract in a rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions that promote independence and improve daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment goals.
- Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
- Current BLS certification (if required).
- Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient experience preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
