- Weekly Pay: $2000 to $2200
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on functional goals and clinical needs
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, coordination, strength, and independence
- Assess and recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, home programs, and safety strategies
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and quality care initiatives
- Promote patient safety, independence, and overall well-being throughout the rehabilitation process
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
- Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience
- Current BLS Certification
- Strong clinical assessment and rehabilitation skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
