Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living and instrumental activities while working in a skilled nursing facility in Wauconda, IL.


Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
  • Current, active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
  • Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred.
  • Experience managing caseloads, creating individualized treatment plans, and documenting per facility and regulatory standards preferred.
  • Experience with common OT equipment and modalities used in SNF settings preferred (e.g., ADL training, splinting, adaptive equipment assessment).
