Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy Specialty: Occupational Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in hospital settings, preferably in rehab or acute care License: Active Occupational Therapy License, no temporary licenses allowed Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have: Candidates must have 2+ years of hospital experience. Candidates must possess in-patient rehab and/or hospital experience. Description: Unit highlights are available for review. Documentation system in use is Meditech. Floating policy may be applied as needed. Procedures performed include in-patient rehab occupational therapy for neuro and ortho patient evaluations and treatments. Acute evaluations and treatments for ortho, tele, and ICU patients are also included. Candidates must adhere to a dress code of hunter green scrubs. Nail policy requires clean and healthy nails; no artificial nails, gel, or next-gen nails are allowed. Hair must be neat and clean, following specific guidelines. Tattoos should be covered whenever possible, and visible piercings other than ears are prohibited. Attendance policies will follow company-wide guidelines. Additional unit guidelines will be addressed during the interview.
