Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Therapy Specialty: Occupational Therapy Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 08:00 - 17:00 Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation or hospital experience preferred. License: Active Occupational Therapy License required. Temp license not allowed. Certifications: NDT or brain injury certifications preferred. Must-Have: Must have inpatient rehab and/or hospital experience. Unit Information: This role is focused on in-patient rehabilitation, primarily concerning neuro and ortho patient evaluations and treatments. Acute evaluations and treatments will also be part of the responsibilities. Documentation is carried out using a specified healthcare system. Specific Guidelines: Start time is no later than 8:00 a.m. Must work two weekend shifts per month with a day off during the week. Dressing in appropriate scrubs is required, with specific color and style guidelines. Hair must be neat and clean, with no extreme styles or colors. Visible body art should be covered whenever possible. Attendance policies must be adhered to. Floating within the organization is necessary as required.
